PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

For payment within Ghana for ADB, students can deposit fees directly at the counter of either bank. For Ecobank customers students within the ECOWAS region can also deposit fees directly at any Ecobank branch.
***For all other cases, use SWIFT CODE for international wire transfer.
Complete a deposit slip in triplicate as follows:
- Original for the bank
- Duplicate to be submitted to the Institute (photocopy acceptable). The duplicate SHOULD be handed in at the Finance Office on submission of application forms.
- Triplicate MUST be kept by the student as evidence of payment
Information required on the payment slip:
- Full name and contact number of the student
- A valid and visible Bank Stamp evidencing cashier’s receipt of payment
Submit the deposit slip to the Finance Office at the Institute and obtain an official Institute receipt.
